B & C

I have to bow down again to the altar of whatever person it was that first invented blueberries combined with cardamom. And I have to thank Heather at Sweetly Raw again for posting a recipe for blueberry cardamom ice cream - I know I already did one post on this but it is that good, plus the address for the site has just changed and the link in my old post is shot.

I know Heather has a more recent post about this ice cream, but i couldn't find it. In the link above, it's used as filling for a cake, but I just did the ice cream. I halved all ingredients except the blueberries, and in stead of water I used almond milk, which is how it was written - I think? - in the more recent post of Heather's.
