I am going back to studying for a while, with the help of the specific carbohydrate diet, which has been alleviating my tummy issues a little bit. I may still post the odd drawing here, and I will most definitely continue to follow a lot of blogs. Winter is coming, and I welcome all the inspiration I can get to keep making warm, scrummy, cooked and uncooked foods during the cold months. I thank everybody who commented, everybody who read...and everybody who is continuing weekly to put their thoughts and knowledge about food and nutrition and all their glorious kitchen experiments out there for the rest of us to share in.

Bye For Now
I'm sitting here, drinking a glass of Spiced Hazelnut Milk while waiting for my (or Sheila's, as it is) Tea Biscuits to come out of the oven. I have come a long way since I started blogging about my "quest" to eat food that is delicious & nutritious while being gluten, dairy and corn free. Along the way, I've found help in raw food recipes, and inspiration from raw food bloggers. It is still an everyday issue for me to stay motivated to return to the kitchen and make from scratch all the food that I would like to be just buying. I am full of gratitude towards all the people out there: those who do research and blog about science and health not just for their own benefit but for us all; the gourmets who use their imagination and talents to (re)create great recipes and share them; and the ones who are a s clueless in a kitchen as me, and as frustrated at finding themselves chained to their own fridge.
